That’s why we start all of our website builds with user experience research and strategy because this is how we understand what your customers want and how we can make their experience simple and easy. 

We gather data about your audience and your website through qualitative and quantitative research. From there, we create a strategy, or a road map, for the user experience.

User Journey

They say life is a journey, but actually it’s a series of many, many journeys that we take every day. When you close a sale on your website, that’s the end of one customer journey. But how did that happen? How did that customer arrive at your website? Why did they select you over a competitor? 

We use user journey mapping to answer these questions. We define all aspects of the thought process and the person who is likely to be visiting your website, anticipate their experience and needs, and map out how we can create the best possible journey for them that ends in a sale for you.

We literally have seconds to catch and hold the attention of customers before they leave and look for information elsewhere. If content isn’t organized in a way that makes sense or isn’t easy to access, we risk losing sales.
