*Opportunity for growth into a full-time role. M Agency hires all full-time employees based on demonstrated capacity and success in a role, as well as growing needs within the business.
How We Work at M
As an award-winning, full-service creative shop, M Agency partners with growing businesses to elevate their brand, bring their unique vision to life, and convert prospects into paying customers. Across an array of industries, we become a natural, collaborative extension of our clients’ marketing teams—not a third-party vendor.
Like any agency worth its salt, we’re results-driven. Team members work with top-notch talent and subject matter experts, delivering difference-making work to help businesses thrive. But more critically, we’re people-centered. We have an exceedingly low tolerance for big egos, and high praise for those with a strong communication-via-GIF game. Plus, our core values are more than just a page on the agency intranet. They inform everything we do, and are built around the concepts of:
- Environment: Show up as your truest self. We’ve got each other’s backs.
- Collaboration: We communicate, connect, and create together.
- Appreciation: Hard work deserves some praise.
- Discipline: We define what we’ll do. Then we do it—promptly.
- Profitability: Without it, we can’t keep being the best.
- Growth: For our people’s careers and our clients’ success.
